TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT

By installing and using 67TAP (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. THE APP

67TAP is a casual tap-game. We provide it "as is" with no warranty. We do our best to make it fun and bug-free, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of stats, or that any specific feature will keep working in future versions.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES

The App offers in-app purchases (cosmetic items, boost packs, and the 67 PRO subscription / lifetime upgrade) processed by Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms.

• Cosmetic items are non-consumable and tied to your Apple ID.
• Boost packs are consumable — once activated, they expire after the listed duration and cannot be refunded for the unused portion.
• 67 PRO Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refund requests go through Apple, not us.
• 67 PRO Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID — no recurring charges.

4. FRIENDS SYSTEM

The Friends feature is opt-in and operates locally on your device. By sharing your friend code, you authorize us to include your in-game stats (level, lifetime taps, best score) in the resulting share link. We don't transmit anything else.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to bypass purchase verification
• Use the App in any way that violates Apple's terms or applicable law
• Harass other users via shared content (run cards, friend codes)

6. CHANGES TO THE APP AND TERMS

We may update the App at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in the App's settings screen with a new "Last updated" date.

7. TERMINATION

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We can stop providing the App at any time, though we'll do our best to give notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
